Javier Osuna, MA

I have a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology from the International University of Valencia (Spain), which I completed in 2020, and I have participated in numerous conventions and specialized training courses to expand my knowledge.

I have extensive experience in treating OCD and related disorders using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I prioritize building a strong connection with my clients, offering understanding and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing therapy in various settings, including in-office, out-of-office, in-home, and telehealth sessions.

I’m deeply passionate about psychology and helping others improve their quality of life. My curiosity and dedication to continuous learning drive me to refine my practice daily.

I also provide therapy in Spanish.
