Lynsey Miron, PhD, LP
Dr. Miron (she/her) specializes in treating trauma, depression, and anxiety-related concerns. She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Northern Illinois University, completed her clinical internship at the Durham VA Health Care System, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship specializing in Trauma and PTSD at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Miron is currently a Staff Psychologist and Supervisor in the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services at the University of St. Thomas (UST). Prior to joining UST, Dr. Miron was a Clinical Supervisor at two Twin Cities Rogers Behavioral Health clinics, where she provided training and supervision in evidence-based care in the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for trauma and PTSD, OCD and anxiety disorders, co-occurring disorders, and depression.
Dr. Miron uses a culturally sensitive evidence-based approach in her work, combining the best science while tailoring therapy to each individual. Her goal is to deliver high-quality treatments in a supportive and collaborative manner to help clients experience freedom and movement toward living a life that is fulfilling and joyful.
